How long is your workmanship warranty?

Residential - All of our clients receive a 10-year workmanship warranty on roof and gutter work. We trust our team and are confident in the quality of work we provide. 

Commercial: Depending on the product that is installed, the warranty ranges from 10 to 40 years. For more specific warranties, feel free to contact our team.

What do I have to pay?

The max out-of-pocket expense is the amount of your deductible in the case that you have a full replacement policy (RCV) and also have ordinance and law coverage (code coverage). 

If you carry an actual cash value (ACV) policy, then you are also responsible for any non-recoverable depreciation amounts not covered by insurance. You would also be responsible for all code items if code coverage isn't carried. 

Why do I have to pay my deductible?

Many companies cover/absorb/eat the deductible for homeowners and we are happy to say that we are not one of them. Why? Doing so is considered insurance fraud! We have you pay your deductible when working with us to ensure that neither of us will be charged with a felony.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry liability and worker's compensation so you can be confident when contracting us.
